To bid on a vacation week, select from the 2024 calendar below for the week for which you wish to bid, then copy and paste that week into the form below, along with your full name, email, last 4 and seniority and which priority choice it is (1st, 2nd, 3rd etcetera). Vacations are awarded in one (1) week increments. If more than one person chooses the same week, we award to the first (1st choice) of the most senior persons, up to seven (7) people. We then award a vacation week to the second (2nd) choice using seniority, and so on. As a reminder, only seven (7) people can be on vacation in any week.
